I began my career as a lagoon operator and worked my way up through nearly every role in a utility. While gaining hands-on experience, I spent 13 years attending night school to earn my AA, BA, and MBA. That journey shaped my belief in the power of people, mentorship, and purposeful leadership. I’ve led award-winning utility operations, built strong teams, and implemented innovative, sustainable solutions.

Throughout my 47 year career, I’ve championed initiatives that balance efficiency with long-term resilience.

Today, I bring that experience to consulting, helping utilities strengthen their operations, lead with purpose, and build systems that serve communities sustainably, reliably, and effectively.
